Garden beds started and our little helper

The kids and I have started the garden beds for the start of our backyard farm and this is how they look so far. The boxes are made of 2 x 4’s and we put down cardboard on top of the lawn, then a layer of manured compost, then a layer of leaves, then a layer of peat moss. 187 more words
