The latest comments block displays the most recent comments readers have left on your blog.

Here’s what it looks like when it’s embedded in the Editor.
The latest comments block can be added to a page by clicking on the Add Block button. It can be found in Widgets section. Alternatively, you can type /latest and click on Latest Comments.

Block Toolbar
Every block has a toolbar of block-specific controls that lets you manipulate the block.
Aligning Latest Comments
The block toolbar for the latest comments block has options for alignment. To align the categories, first click on them, then choose from left, center, and right alignment. They will be left aligned by default.

Block Settings
Every block has additional options in the editor sidebar, as well as the options found in the block toolbar. If you do not see the sidebar click the ‘gear’ icon next to the Publish button.

Latest Comments Settings
The Latest Comments Settings allow you to choose whether to display the avatar, the date, and/or the excerpt. They are all on by default. You may also choose the number of comments to display within the block.

Advanced
The advanced tab lets you add a CSS class to your block, allowing you to write custom CSS and style the block as you see fit. Learn more.
