Widgets »Posts I Like Widget

The Posts I Like Widget allows you to list the most recent posts that you have ‘Liked’ on WordPress.com so that you can help your readers discover more good posts.

Here’s an example of what it looks like:

The Posts I Like widget shows thumbnail image and the title and author for each post, in a list.

Once you add the widget to your sidebar from the Customizer, you’ll see the following widget settings:

  • Title – The title of your widget. (i.e. “These Posts Rock”)
  • Number of posts to show – Enter the number of Liked posts you’d like to include in the widget. You can have as many as 15. They will be listed in reverse order, so when you Like something new, it’ll appear at the top of the list.
  • Display as – You can show your list as either a simple text list, or as a grid of images. If you select Grid, then we’ll try to load an image to represent each post. We’ll try to find something good from within the post itself, otherwise we will try to use a Site Icon or something else appropriate.
  • Author’s likes to display — You can pick which author (on the current blog) to show Likes from. So on a multi-author blog, you can add a widget for each author to show what you’re all Liking.

Note: Only posts that include images will be displayed in the Posts I Like widget.
