You can use the Performance area to configure settings related to loading pages faster, optimizing images, and speeding up your visitors’ experience. You can access this area by going to Settings → Performance or by clicking this button:

Enable Site Accelerator

Jetpack’s Site Accelerator helps your pages load faster by allowing Jetpack to optimize your images and serve your images and static files (like CSS and JavaScript) from our global network of servers. Learn more.

Lazy Load Images

Lazy load images makes pages load much faster by only loading visible images, waiting to load images that are off-screen as you scroll down. It provides a significant benefit in page speed and bandwidth and is especially great for users in low-bandwidth or expensive-bandwidth environments (particularly for mobile users.) Learn more.

Media

This section of the guide applies to sites with our WordPress.com Pro plan. If your site has one of our legacy plans, it is available on Business and eCommerce.

Under Media, you can Enable fast, ad-free video hosting to store your videos on WordPress.com. Learn more.

You can also check how much of your storage you have used on your plan.

Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP)

AMP is a framework that allows your site to load very fast for mobile visitors, which is especially helpful for visitors on slow connections. Click the link in this section to edit design elements of AMP pages, such as text and link color. Learn more about AMP here.
