How to clear your cache in Safari

If you are experiencing problems displaying WordPress.com pages, clearing the browser cache is a good first step to try to resolve the issue.

The steps below are for Safari version 6 through 8.

Basic Method for versions 6 through 8

Step 1: From the Safari menu, choose Reset Safari.

Step 2: Make sure Clear History and Remove All Website Data are checked, then hit Reset.

Try these advanced steps for clearing your cache.

Step 1: First click on Safari then click Preferences.

Step 2: Click on the Advanced tab.

Step 3 : Check the box next to Show Develop menu in menu bar.

Step 4 : From the Develop drop down, select Empty Caches.

Step 5:  Click the Reload Current Page icon.
