Sell Online on WordPress.com

There are many ways to get paid for products or services on your website. This guide lists different methods you can use to add e-commerce to a new or existing website.

WooCommerce

The WooCommerce plugin is the most popular ecommerce solution on WordPress. Use it to create an online store complete with a cart and checkout process, payment processing, inventory management, and everything else you need to create and grow your business.

Watch our recorded webinar here that will guide you through every step of setting up your store with WooCommerce.

Payments

Use the Payments block to collect one-time payments for products and services and receive the funds in your bank account.

You can also charge recurring payments for subscriptions, memberships, and donations. When a visitor signs up, you’ll start receiving regular monthly or yearly payments, creating predictable earnings for your blog or website.

Payment buttons are a great option to accept payments if you are not ready to add full e-commerce functionality (like a shopping cart, checkout, tax, shipping, and other features of an online store.)

Use the Paid Content block to create monthly or yearly subscription options to share exclusive content with those who pay for it – text, images, videos, or any other type of content. Only subscribers paying you monthly or a yearly fee can see the content.

Pay with PayPal

The Pay with PayPal block allows you to add a PayPal button to your site for collecting payments for products as well as donations.
