You can use the built in installer and upgrader, or you can install the plugin manually.
- Upload `cpu_load.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Now you will see the Widget on your Dashboard
