Bio

I'm an essayist, memoirist, poet, and graphic artist. This blog, Write From Life, is a place where I share the joys and miseries of being an independent writer and small-press publisher, along with ideas, resources, books, other writing blogs, and things I discover that might be helpful to others on this path with me, being called to tell our truth, "ready or not." It started as a group-participant blog for a writing group called North Berkeley Writers, later morphed into Writer To Writer, and then Write From LIfe, when it began to focus more specifically on the writing of memoir and creative nonfiction narrative.
