Bio

While living amidst Buddhist masters in China and Thailand for 3 years as Director of Asian Operations for an international retail corporation, I learned the transformative power of meditation and subsequently dedicated the last 6 years of my life to full-time mindfulness trainings, including 2 years as an ordained Buddhist monk. Now leading meditation workshops for prisons and learning the practices of Integral Coaching, I am offering my professional and spiritual backgrounds to support those seeking presence of mind, emotional intelligence, physical wellness, loving relationships, and integrated spirituality.
