Bio

I am a BACP registered counsellor and certified empowerment coach with a graduate degree in counselling psychology. In 2016 I moved from Canada to the UK and have settled happily in Brighton. I have an integrative, rational and modern approach to counselling/coaching that also embraces various modalities of holistic healing and spiritual psychology. As a holistic practitioner, my intention and skillset is all about empowering you to connect with your own inner wisdom and comprehensively transform your health and well-being: body, mind, and spirit.
