Bio

I am a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) senior accredited counsellor and supervisor, chair of the British Association of Social Functioning (BASF) and an EMDR therapist. I am also a mother of two and grandmother to 6+1. I enjoy creative activities but as most of these are quite sedentary I also love skiing which allows me to enjoy the childlike freedom of playing in the snow, going fast while mostly being safe!
