Bio

Brett Ellis is an International Leadership Consultant, Motivational Speaker and Team Building Specialist and has been a member of the MCA International Training team for six years. For the past six years Brett has been an inspiration to both corporate teams and individual business leaders throughout Africa helping them to unlock the potential of both their people and themselves through tried and tested leadership principles and methodologies. Brett has gained his experience facilitating Leadership, Team Development and Customer Service programmes at all levels of industry and within many of Africa’s diverse cultures. His very powerful communication technique along with is integrity make Brett a highly sort after facilitator and presenter. Brett is a proud husband and father to a two-year-old daughter named Skye and in his free time is a passionate paraglider pilot and mountain biker. Brett’s philosophy in life is “Work hard on developing yourself and maintaining a balanced lifestyle”.
