    Hi, It looks like you are hosted with someone other than WordPress.com, by any chance you are doing it on your own computer?

    Have you tried logging in?
    Go to your login screen at http://example.com/wp-login.php (replace example.com with your actual domain and installation location).

    In case you lost your password:
    Under the login form, click Lost your password.
    Enter the username or email address of the account you’re trying to log into.
    Click Get New Password to have the password sent to your email address.

    Also I see you are using what’s known as a Self-Hosted version of WordPress called WordPress.org

    Hi there,

    35.199.34.23 is hosted by Google Cloud and you have to contact their Staff for assistance.
