  Hello, do you know the general email to contact WordPress?
  Because I think they charged my subscription meanwhile I don’t have any site or even choose any subscription.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  This forum is a great place to contact WordPress.com staff.

  I added the modlook tag to this thread which will call WordPress.com staff’s attention.

  In the meanwhile you can check every charges that was made by WordPress.com through this page: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  @isangelica18 – We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
