wrong profile

    I have two profiles and for some reason every once and a while I will get logged into this profile that has no web page assigned. This happened before, and i keep getting logged into this wrong profile. My profile has a web page, http://www.branchinggrace.com and I can’t get into it. I have reached out a few times and have not been given a successful solution.

    Hi –

    You need to sign out of the kari280318 account and back in under the branchinggrace one.

    Then you’ll be able to work on that site.

    I have tried this over and over and over…keeps logging me into the same/wrong account. When I go to create a new password it wants to create it for the wrong site…spinning in circles….
    I was also advised to delete the wrong account but I do not feel comfortable doing this until I know I can access my real account.

    Hi there,

    Do you know the email and password connected to the branchinggrace account?

    If so, I would test logging in while under an incognito browser so that you won’t have to worry about accidentally logging into your other account. You should be able to insert your email or the username branchinggrace and then enter your password for that account. You are entering in that information into this login page, correct?

    If you know the current password for your account, you can change it by following these instructions below:

    Passwords

    You can also change your password from the Settings tab on the WordPress.com home page:

    https://wordpress.com/me/security

    If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:

    http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    All the user names and emails I have for any account, I have tried.
    Each time I go to reset or change a password it has me reset for the wrong account.

    The recovery page did not work because it says I have the wrong security information. I am taking the information off of a receipt of payment so not sure how that could be wrong.

    Honestly I am wanting to pull out from wordpress. This is the second time this has happened and has taken a long time to resolve.
    It’s frustrating paying for a site that I can’t get into. I appreciate the feedback but keep getting the same ideas from different people.

    I would honor other suggestions.
