It is likely you are using the open source WordPress software, you should contact your host, in your case GoDaddy for assistance with this. If they say this is a WordPress problem, you may head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they have more experience with the software you are using. Getting there will help you find both the documentation for the version of WordPress you are using. Alternatively, you can take this question directly over to the WordPress.org support forums:
