WordPress charged my account multiple payments

    I would like to speak with the financial department for why there were 6 $99 charges for one premium upgrade, however, there seems to be no direct ability to communicate with wordpress. Also, the premium upgrade I was charged 6 times for isn’t present within my platform. Is there really no contact number for wordpress?

    Hi there,

    I’ll add modlook tag in sidebar to bring this to staff’s notice.
    Meanwhile check if the upgrade is done for any other site in case you have more than one site.

    @findfantasia there are no records of any upgrades on this account, but I’ll bet you’ve got another username that does have upgrades on it. Can you log out and log into your other account?
