WordPress charged me in error

I’ve been charged for a blog that hasn’t been used for years and wasn’t set to renew and isn’t even in my list of sites. The charge was for £51 on 16th September through PayPal and I’ve only just noticed it. How can I get this money back? Is it best to go through PayPal resolution?

Do you know the URL of the site it’s for? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any upgrades with us, and hasn’t been charged.
If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
