WordPress Account Login Trouble

Hello, I use names.co.uk as a host and therefore wordpress has never recognised my account when I attempt to login via the login page. Therefore, I login directly from my page which is vegantearoom.com/wp-login and it always works. I have my username and password. Everything should be fine however, I recently installed Yoast as a plugin and my site crashed. Well, it’s still there but I can no longer access the login page. As I have never been able to login via the wordpress login, I’m not really sure what I can do in this situation. I don’t have my two step authenticity code, activation code or any of that stuff. Any advice on what I can do?

Quick Question:
Do you currently have a wordpress.com account?
Or do you have have a wordpress website from a third party source?

As that site isn’t hosted here the correct support forum is: https://wordpress.org/support/
@vegantearoom vegantearoom.com/wp-login gives an error but vegantearoom.com/wp-admin displays the correct log in box.
(To log in to that site with these WordPress.com credentials would require you to install the Jetpack plugin).
