  I tried to send someone to my website http://www.tiphstouch.biz and I get tiphstouch.biz uses an unsupported protocol.
  ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH. I logged in to WordPress and none of my Website stuff is in there.

  It seems like you might be facing difficulties with a self-hosted WordPress.org website, and not with a WordPress.com-hosted one. WordPress.org is a free site-engine software, while WordPress.com is a web hosting company.
