    I want to insert a word document with images (not just words) into my blogpost.
    It’s only possible to insert the document as a link; that is not what i want.

    Hi Pinkbubbels,

    Were you trying to use the content of the Microsoft Word document in the post itself and then have that content displayed when someone views the post? When you add media such as Microsoft Word documents to your Media Library, the link is what is displayed, and not the content itself.

    If you’d like the content of the Microsoft Word document to be displayed directly on a post or page, you can copy and paste the content onto a post or page within WordPress, but you will need to adjust the formatting of the document since it may not transfer over exactly as it appears on the source document. You will also have to separately add the images from the Microsoft Word document into your media library and then insert them into the post or page.
