WooCommerce x Xero Integration

    Hi there, I have a WooCommerce integration with my WordPress website: binnaburralodge.com.au

    I have never had to sign in to WooCommerce.com or WordPress.com, however, I now need to integrate the Xero extension with my account and to do so I have to login to WC with my WP.com account, this is not the username I use to sign in to the back end of my website @ /wp-admin, so, could you please tell me how to do this?

    I’ve created an account with the email I use for my binnaburralodge.com.au/wp-admin login and it has worked, however, it doesn’t appear to load any of my orders/recognise my store.

    I’m at a loss and I cannot find any chat support on your website, only links to forums which don’t seem to cover this issue

    Hi there!

    Your WordPress.com and WordPress.org accounts are completely independent. Have a look at your emails and check where all the notifications from WooCommerce arrive. Then use that email address to log into your account and, if needed, reset your password:

    Hi, thanks for your reply, I set up WooCommerce 100% in the plugin settings on WordPress, not any other way – would this mean I don’t yet have an account? I’ve just realised I have to rely on manually logging in to the backend of my website and viewing orders to see when something has come in – I don’t get any confirmation emails? I had a staff member tell me that they have never received a WooCommerce email, however, they are listed as the email contact for new orders. It seems like my store has been created without an email/WP.com account attached, and that is why it isnt sending confirmations anywhere? Is there a way to sync my store with my newly created WP.com account? My WP.com account says it has no sites added…

    Please contact WooCommerce support directly for help with their plugin. The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and we can only help with sites that are hosted on our servers.
