Woocommerce Integration with IG Shop Checkout.

I set up IG Checkout through my Commerce Manager on Facebook and I have pending orders that I can not fulfill because of this notice ‘Order pending acknowledgement by WooCommerce Integration’. I contacted FB help desk and they said the orders are stuck in my woocommerce and I can only access them through there. However I can’t see any pending orders/payments on my WP/woocommerce dashboard. Can you please advise how to cancel these orders and confirm their payments were not processed?

It sounds like you need help with the WooCommerce plugin but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.
