WooCommerce errors

I keep getting failed orders on my WooCommerce store. The error message reads Unknown Error, which makes it difficult for me to troubleshoot. Further, only some of the orders fail – other people are able to order the same product without a problem. As far as I can tell, the customers are filling out all the fields correctly. And my WooCommerce plugin says that it’s configured correctly. Any ideas for how I can start to fix this?
