Why isn't my type black
-
I just bought the custom design upgrade. In choosing a typeface, I notice that some of them are shown black, some are shown gray. I deliberately chose one that is black so that it will show up better, but it still prints gray on my blog.
Is this a function of the theme? Can I write something in the CSS that will make the type show up really black? I think my blog is not as readable as I would like it to be because the typeface is gray. How do I get really black type?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Give this a try. I haven’t checked everything, but this should get all text to black including post and page titles (except for link text).
body, h2.photo-title a, .content-title, .widget-title, h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 { color: #000000; } -
On the Appearance → Custom Design → Fonts page, a gray font means there are notes about the font if you hover over it, such as the font is not a good pick for a Body Text font or it does not have italics available. Here is an example: http://cl.ly/Ox0M
In the theme itself, the fonts just happen to be gray for the theme you are using. The CSS rule thesacredpath provided above will change a whole bunch of the text and headings from gray to black. You can add that snippet to your Appearance → Custom Design → CSS panel to apply the change.
