Why did a 'Whoops Slight System Error' notice appear when I was uploading media?

    Had uploaded media from my computer and was editing titles, etc. when the error message occurred. I refreshed the page, as requested, but it persists so am still contacting you, as instructed. I am still receiving this message whenever i try to upload or access my media files from the post so am stuck …
