why aren't you displaying my image properly?
-
My image displays properly in the editor, and all properties seem to be set correctly. But when it’s displayed live on the site, the image is stretched out somehow but only the upper left part is visible. See here: http://planspace.org/2013/07/24/clustered-r-squared-heat-maps-in-r/ It actually looked okay yesterday when I posted it; it seems the problem arose without any action by me, which makes me think this is a wordpress.com error.
And further, I’m a paying customer here; why can’t I find proper support?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thanks timethief.
The staff should also know that their email notifier is buggy two different ways on apostrophes. The subject lines of the email notifications I’ve received so far are as follows:
[WordPress.com Support] why aren\’t you displaying my image properly?
[WordPress.com Forums] why aren't you displaying my image properly? So that’s definitely a bug or two.

Ah sorry, the issue with the second subject line was that it was showing up as “& # 0 3 9 ;” without the spaces, but the forum here thinks I want that to be interpreted, though I don’t.

To be clear: it’s showing up like this in Chrome and Safari at least:
but the image is not that image. The image is this image:

Hi aaronschumacher,
I took a look at your blog post in Chrome and saw the correct image: http://cl.ly/image/1G2s1r140t1E
Can you try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and let me know if the problem persists?
I’ll take a look at the email notification issue to see what might be going on there. Thanks for letting us know!
