Why are categories and tags are missing from my blog posts?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I can confirm that there has not been a category assigned, or tags added to that post. Are you able to add them now and then save it?

Go to My Sites > Posts > Click the three dots next to the post > Select Edit > Choose Categories and Tags from right hand menu.

The problem is that there isn’t a right hand menu from which I can choose Categories and Tags.” It used to be there, but now it is gone.

Do you mean in the post editor? The settings are hidden automatically when you publish a post, but if you click the gear icon at the top of the editor those options will appear again.
