Where is ‘wp/contents’?

  I can’t find my ‘wp/contents’ to upload to, nor can I find “Miscellaneous” on my “Settings” panel.

  WordPress support’s ‘settings’ menu matches mine from “General” through “Privacy” but after that it shows “Permalinks” and “Miscellaneous” but I have “Delete Blog,” “Open ID” and “Domains” – thus, critically, no “Miscellaneous”.

  Can anyone help me figure out what’s going on?

  The wp-content folder is only applicable to WordPress.org. This is WordPress.COM:
