where is the 'track my comments' feature gone?

Where is the ‘track my comments’ feature gone? It’s not an option in my tool-bar anymore. Do we still have it somewhere?

It’s still there. Just hover over your name/gravatar display at the far right of the toolbar and select “Comments I’ve Made” from the drop-down menu.

There are now two links to comments you have made on WordPress.com blogs. The second location is in the left hand column of your Admin page in the first module (Dashboard) and is labeled “Comments I’ve Made”.
