When my blog posts are on my front page

Add topic to favorites
When my blog posts are on my front page they dont show the picture…
But when i go to the page with the post it showes perfectly????
Please help?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Can you go to My Sites > Customize > Content Options and make sure that “Display on blog and archives” is checked under “Featured Images” section?
