  Hi there!

  It sounds like maybe your image is too large. We have a maximum file size of 1GB. How big is your file?

  Make sure that your browser is up to date. And can you try using a different browser, like Chrome?

  the file is only 36mb and i have tried in the latest version of Safari, Chrome and explore but no luck!

  Are you uploading it into a post? Or into the Media Library?

  Can you send me exactly what the error says? A screenshot would be super helpful. If you’re able, just upload it to your Media Library. If not, try using snag.gy.
