What is wrong with the editing featgure on my dashboard?

Add topic to favorites
When I open my dashboard to edit, my entries are shown in code like this:

PROGRAMA.AT2.1.2013

Also, I can’t add new media to my library.

I have cleared my cache, tried with other computers, Firefox, but so far, nothing has resolved the problem. Any help? Thanks.
