I bought goldrecruiting.com from you guys and now the website isn’t working

Once you’ve bought a domain you need to renew it annually. Yours expired in August and is now in the redemption period.

Staff intervention is required to hopefully recover your domain. There is also an additional cost which has to be paid to the registrar to do this. See this support doc: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
I have added modlook to make sure that staff find this thread under the appropriate tag. You may be able to speed things up by returning here and confirming your domain name and that you agree to pay the extra charges so that staff can attempt recovery straight away.

@jonathanggoldstein do you want us to try to redeem the domain for you? The registrar will charge $80 extra plus the cost of the renewal. The only other option is to wait and hope they release it, but that can be risky. Please let us know whether you’d like us to generate an invoice.
