Website Initial Setup
-
Hi there. I am trying to complete a variety of tasks within my website, however need to know whether WordPress is capable of completing such tasks. 1. I would like to have a login page. It is for a charity. Everyone (members of charity) are to be addressed there own individual username and password. They login and are presented with the ‘website back end’. Within this, there needs to be some sort of ‘leaderboard’, displaying all the members names. Once a user clicks on their name, it needs to display a list of a whole bunch of things (which will be there achievements and the tasks they have completed throughout the year – i.e. assisting in a bbq event, etc.) Furthermore, I would also like a spreadsheet in the ‘website back end’ that displays. When there is a bbq, for example, I would like for on the spreadsheet for the members to be able to enter their name, and say the cap off is 13, after 13 people have entered their name, nobody else can enter the name, so it essentially locks off. The final thing I would like is for people to be able to signup to Harambee (which is our charity name). For example, people who are not signed up to the charity should be able to signup. I hope all of this information is not too overwhelming, as there is quite a bit, so please contact me if you need any clarifications. I am pretty much a beginner with this, so hoping someone can be of assistance. Thanks.
