  I created a blog for my boss, but the site expired. He now wants a website….can we use the same domain and if we upgrade from free is it easier to build a nice website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi leigh1601,

  If you (or your boss) still own the domain then yes, you can use it for a new website.

  Although you can do a lot with a free WordPress.com website, there are definitely benefits when you upgrade, especially if it is going to be a business website. There is a good overview of the features included in the different plans here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/. If you wish to use your own domain for a WordPress.com site you will need to be on paid plan.
