    Really frustrating that you are blocking <Script> or iframe can you please tell me how this is possible, to integrate my service desk software? I am considering paying for wordpress but if it cannot do this I wont need it.

    For security reasons, there are code limitations in WordPress.com. Flash and other types of embed that use; frame, iframe, form, input, object, text area are not allowed in WordPress.com posts, pages, or text widgets on the Premium Plan and below. This code may be used to damage the site affecting all of our users. You can find more information from this link.

    You have option to upgrade your WordPress.com account to Business, in order to remove this limitation. It will also allow you to upload plugins if it is needed for your service desk feature.
