My WordPress website crashed a few weeks ago. I can’t access anything on the page. I’ve been watching videos and trying to trouble shoot the issue on my own but I don’t think it is something that I can take care of on my own. I was reaching out to see if the WordPress team could give me any ideas on what to do.

We’d love to help. But looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on Bluehost. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.
For help, I would contact them first. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
