We paid for 12 months last month; why are we being billed this month?

  • Hey there, these forums are actually for the free sites on WordPress.com, and it sounds like you meant to reach out to Jetpack support. I’d recommend contacting them directly.

    That said, I’m aware Jetpack has had an introductory offer of $1 for the first month. Then you would renew at a yearly rate. I’d recommend double-checking whether that is the offer you used, then if you have questions, please reach out to their support directly. Cheers!
