Hi,
I am currently hosting http://www.vonfidel.com with WordPress and am pleased!
I had some equipment error recently so I could not attend to the website maintenance. I need to ensure (email visible only to moderators and staff) email address points to my email address which is (email visible only to moderators and staff)I do not have the links etc. log in and do it. Appreciate your help on this.
Also, am not sure if am taking advantage of all the plan features as am confused so I would need some assistant how and what I could take advantage of to make my site better based on the hosting plan features available to me.

While you did indeed purchase a WordPress.com Premium plan in September, it doesn’t look like you’re hosting your site with us yet. Your site https://vonfidel.com/ is still hosted over at Bluehost.
Do let us know if you’d like to move your hosting over to WordPress.com. We’d love to have you hosting with us, and would be glad to show you how to move your site here, so just let us know what you’d like to do. :)
As for email, you do not currently have any email forwarding set up. If you do not need a separate email inbox for
(email visible only to moderators and staff), what you can do is:- Cancel the current
(email visible only to moderators and staff)Professional Email license, under Upgrades > Emails. Click the three dots to the right of(email visible only to moderators and staff)and then click “Remove mailbox.” Before doing this I suggest checking the mailbox first to make sure you don’t have any unseen messages. - Then, follow this guide to add an alias for
(email visible only to moderators and staff)to the(email visible only to moderators and staff)m account.
