  As you noted, the purchase was made under the virilityed account — you’ll need to login as this user to manage the site. Please follow this link to log out of WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/me/

  Then, login with the username above. If you forgot your password, here’s how you can reset it: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#password-reset-process

  If this is your client’s account, they can grant you administrator access to the site. Here’s how: https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/
