Verification Email not sending

Hi guys,
When I ask for a verification email to be sent, I don’t receive it in my mailbox. The email address is ‘ (email visible only to moderators and staff) ‘.
Is there anything I can do to solve this?

Have you checked your Spam/Junk folder? What’s the URL of the website you’re referring to?
I am also tagging a WP support, you will find “modlook” on the side to further check your account.

Yes I have, there is nothing in my Junk folder. The website is lsclionsblog.wordpress.com.

Our logs show the emails are sending and being delivered. Are you receiving the notification emails from replies on this thread?
Besides the spam/junk folder, can you also check any filters that might be set up in your email account?

I have no filters at all on my email, so it should come through. It there any other way we could resolve this?

I see you are using a university email address. It could be that the system admins have rules in place on the system that’s blocking emails from us, and I’ll need to know if it’s all emails or just some. If it’s all emails, there’s nothing we can do, as sending you an email to manually verify the account also won’t work in that case.

I’ve sent you an email from a different address than the automatic verification. Please let me know if you don’t receive that either, else please reply to that email.
