User registration confirmation email is not delivered.

Hello,
I have a problem with email with is sended to the user after registration.
Email is not send (i check that with WP Mail Log plugin, this email is not on the list). I use User Registration plugin, to have a custom registration form. After registration email to administrator is delivered, but to the user is not sended. I tried to use SMTP – the same happening. I try to disable all plugins – this is the same. I tried to handle that email sending by Better notification plugin but it’s also not sended.
I have manuall approval system in my wodpress (so account must be acitvated by administrator, then you can login), and that email are delivered to the user (so when i acivate account, the email is sended to the user).
I try to enable debuging in wodpress, but still nothing there. I do not have any ideas, what could be wrong. Any one have ideas ? What could be checked ?

Based on the description alone, it’s not immediately clear if you are referring to a WordPress.com website or if you are working on a self-hosted WordPress website. Assuming the latter for now, I recommend posting on the self-hosted WordPress forums for advice on how to troubleshoot further:

It’s also a good idea to talk to your hosting provider to troubleshoot why the email delivery might be failing and possibly you might want to talk to the third party mail plugins that you are using as well so that those developers can advise on what’s happening to too.
