    Hi is wordpress good enough to have a small type of social network? i want to make a website where each user has their own space but i am having issues finding definitive help. i have been told i need databases and i have also been told i need a complex builder and may need a professional to help me but i dont know what medium (for example) WordPress to use to start it off i really want to know i have found the correct builder!

    We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs and WordPress.COM is a turnkey multiuser blogging platform.

    We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs. They are for site building.

    I’m sorry but we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.

    Hi the reason i am asking the question is so i can get the correct information to go to the right place to build my site and sign up! i am obviously confused about where i need to go and who i need to be asking hence why the first thing i have done is ask if i am in the right place!

    Hi, I think you would best be served with a self-hosted WordPress installation using the software from WordPress.org, with the BuddyPress plugin.
