User Profile Changes Do Not Show

  I have repeatedly attempted to add details to my profile. When I click “Update Profile”, it says that the changes have been saved. However, they never show up, and do not appear in my profile. Any ideas what the problem might be? I am particularly interested in setting the field for “Display Name” so that it shows my real name, rather than my login username for posts.

  If you are referring to a wordpress.COM blog, and how would we know that for sure as you have linked your wordpress.com username to a another site, and have failed to post the URL to the blog which you refer, then know this the wordpress.com Profiles are not yet “public”. They cannot be viewed by anyone other than you and Staff.
