Whenever I try to login, I Can’t. It always says email or user name not recognized, yet I am using the username I see right her on the dashboard.

You can ask Bluehost for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help. After you have restored your site at Bluehost to normal working order, you are welcome to migrate your site to our WordPress.com managed hosting by using this plugin.
