urgent – domain transfer not working

    i have followed the steps to request a domain transfer by unlocking my domain, & accessing my authorization code. the new registrar has sent you a request including my authorization code. the account says “transfer pending,” but it has been four days and still no transfer. i am very frustrated that there is absolutely no customer service with wordpress and no way to get an answer except thru a forum. that’s ridiculous. i have a deadline for a proposal submission due today, and need to have my new site with my new domain up and running. please let me know what i can do.

    Usually it only takes a few days for a domain transfer to go through. I checked your domain, and the transfer just went through so you should be all set. If you have any questions about this, please let me know!
