I upgraded to a premium plan a while back. I went from (email visible only to moderators and staff) free account to https://heathersavann.com But when I log on to Word Press, it is still showing me as having a free account and when I posted a blog today it posted to the old account not the premium one. What am I paying for???? Please fix this or refund my money. Thank you.

Hi there,

I see you’ve already cancelled the Premium Plan you bought today, and we have issued a full refund. You should receive that in a few days.

The domain, heathersavann.com, was registered by a completely different username account on 25 June. If it was you who registered that domain, you will need to log into the correct account to manage that site, as the username you are using to post here is not a user on that site.

I uninstalled WordPress on my computer and reinstalled it and logged in with the correct username and now the correct account is showing up. Thank you.
