Unauthorized Use of Images

I realize that a similar topic has been posted recently, but it has since come to my attention that a copy-cat site has been created of this blog:

My bone to pick here is not with the site itself (though the fact it is listed to be the same seems shady) but that it used images I created for the original website without my permission. What’s worse is that the owner claims owenership of the images, which i specifically created for Faction LU, not LU Faction. While the owner is a former staff member (author, i believe) of the original site I did not give the rights to the images to the copy-cat site owner. I’m not sure how much can be done, but all that I ask is that these images be removed from the copy-cat website, the posts and other information on the site do appear to be original, so they should be fine.
If you’d like confirmation that the images are indeed mine, please contact FactionLU or AronWK from Faction LU. But even IF the images were not mine it should still be apparent that the original site had the images before the copy-cat.

My apologies, the copy-cat site owner doesn’t explicitly state ownership of the images, but could be referring to such ownership by the use of the word “content”.

Thank you sir, I’m working on contacting the owner/co-owners/authors directly at this point, hopefully we can work something out that way. :)
