Unable to Upload Images

    Hi!

    I’m trying to upload images to a blog post, but I’m unable to do so.

    I attempt to drag and drop into the post, but nothing happens. The image does not appear after waiting.

    If I open the ‘Add Media’ pane and Drag and Drop there it’s not detected as an upload attempt and my browser opens the image in a new tab.

    If I go to the ‘Documents’ section of ‘Add Media’ it states I have no media and presents an ”Upload Media’ button. Upon using that button to attempt an upload the following response is returned inside the ‘Network’ debugger of my browser:

    {‘code’:403,’headers’:[{‘name’:’Content-Type’,’value’:’application/json’}],’body’:{‘error’:’unauthorized’,’message’:’User cannot view media storage limits’}}

    This leads me to believe there’s some issue with my account or permissions.
